About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT‑related user issues, triaging and resolving tickets across multiple platforms.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Azure, Amazon Connect, and SharePoint, including configuration, maintenance, and user guidance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to improve support efficiency.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training and mentoring to continuously enhance technical skills and service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Windows Server administration and user support.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and SharePoint administration.
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect or similar cloud‑based contact center solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and customer‑focused mindset.
