We're looking for a skilled IT Engineer to manage our multi-platform environment spanning Windows and macOS devices, ensuring seamless device setup, security compliance, and world-class end-user support.
What You'll Do
- Configure and deploy Windows laptops and desktops using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for zero-touch deployment.
- Set up and manage MacBooks using Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and Jamf Pro/Kandji.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) across platforms.
- Administer Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for identity management, conditional access, and SSO configuration.
- Configure device security settings, including BitLocker (Windows) and FileVault (macOS) encryption.
- Manage Microsoft 365 licenses, group policies, and compliance policies across the organisation.
- Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware and software issues on both Windows and Mac devices.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues, including VPN, Wi-Fi, and network configurations.
- Write PowerShell scripts (Windows) and shell scripts (macOS) for automation and bulk operations.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and manage device lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain knowledge base articles for the team.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences.
Who Can Apply
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.3+ years of experience in IT desktop support or systems administration.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).Proficiency with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and identity/access management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for device management.
- Experience managing macOS devices using Jamf Pro, Kandji, Mosyle, or similar MDM solutions.
- Knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS (Ventura, Sonoma) troubleshooting and administration.
- Understanding of PowerShell and Bash/Zsh scripting for automation.Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshservice.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex, ambiguous technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
