Software Engineer
Provide end‑user support for Windows and macOS workstations, manage software deployments, and resolve hardware issues to keep business‑critical IT services running smoothly.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and associated applications.
- Provide first‑line support for hardware, printers, phones, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues across Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Workspace.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies in Active Directory and related tools.
- Research, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies to improve productivity and security.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in desktop support for Windows and macOS environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Workspace applications.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and peripheral issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
