About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues on site and remotely.
- Maintain and update system configurations, patches and security settings.
- Document incidents, solutions and best practices in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to implement solutions and improve service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience troubleshooting Windows, macOS and Linux workstations.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365 and remote support tools.
- Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
