IT Consultant IV - Application Licensing & Lifecycle Management - Kaiser Permanente

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of internal products that support application licensing and lifecycle management across the enterprise.
• Apply enterprise architecture principles to define, assess, and improve architecture standards, governance processes, and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews, gap analyses, and impact assessments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Document architecture artifacts, best practices, and process improvements for continuous enhancement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, product management, and business analysis within a large, regulated environment.
• Deep understanding of application licensing models, lifecycle management, and related compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement governance frameworks that reduce risk and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience with architecture tools and documentation standards (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate).
