About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ITSM and ESM processes across client environments.
- Configure and extend ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with ITIL frameworks.
- Conduct gap analyses, develop roadmaps, and manage change initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to integrate ITSM/ESM solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an ITSM/ESM consultant with a strong background in ServiceNow and ITIL.
- Deep understanding of change, incident, problem, and request management processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
