About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison between fund office departments and IT, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for technology initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Python to uncover insights, support decision‑making, and optimize benefit plan operations.
- Maintain and enhance Smartsheet dashboards and workflows to track project progress, risks, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to document business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, and project management within a financial or benefits environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and Smartsheet.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
