About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of SAP Basis projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technical standards.
- Act as the primary client liaison, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and delivering regular status updates.
- Design and implement SAP Basis solutions, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and security hardening.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (functional consultants, developers, infrastructure) to integrate SAP Basis with broader enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration and delivery, with a strong track record in client‑facing roles.
- Deep knowledge of SAP T3 and related technologies (e.g., HANA, ABAP, NetWeaver).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
