Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT business relationship strategies to align technology initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead cross‑functional projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget while managing risks.
- Drive adoption of cloud and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and innovation.
- Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics to monitor the value and impact of IT services.
- Mentor and guide senior IT staff in stakeholder engagement and solution design.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, business relationship management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale technology projects and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern IT service management practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
