Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed product backlogs and user stories, ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—developers, QA, UX—to prioritize features and resolve technical constraints.
- Analyze data using SQL to inform product decisions and measure success metrics.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an IT environment.
- Strong command of Agile Scrum practices and tools such as Jira.
- Excellent analytical skills with hands‑on SQL for data extraction and reporting.
