Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and detailed process flow diagrams.
• Work closely with development, QA, and design teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews within an Agile framework.

Requirements

• 1–1.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements using BRD/FRD formats.
• Experience creating user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
