About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements for new and enhanced systems.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process models using BPMN and UML.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting using SQL and Power BI to support decision‑making and performance monitoring.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos) and ensure alignment between product backlog and organizational priorities.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and post‑implementation reviews to ensure quality delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare or public‑sector environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Power BI, and process modeling tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) and related tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy best practices is a plus.
