Data Analyst
Lead business analysis for ERP and next‑generation platforms, translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications and driving continuous improvement across the IT delivery center.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional and non‑functional requirements for ERP and NG platform initiatives.
- Translate business needs into detailed specifications, use cases, and process flows that guide development and integration efforts.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and review sessions to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Support solution design, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within ERP environments, recommending best practices and technology enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a business analyst in ERP implementations or upgrades.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear specifications.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and related integration tools.
- Experience in Agile or iterative development methodologies.
- Fluency in English; Vietnamese is a plus.
