About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed specifications, use cases, and process models using UML and other diagramming tools.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to surface pain points, propose solutions, and prioritize backlog items in an Agile environment.
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure accurate implementation and smooth deployment of IT solutions.
- Analyze system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements to optimize business processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
