About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and workshops with care site stakeholders to elicit functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Document, analyze, and validate business requirements, creating clear specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, clinical, operations) to ensure alignment and feasibility of solutions.
- Develop process models and user stories, supporting Agile sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Facilitate testing and user acceptance, ensuring delivered solutions meet business objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in a healthcare or related environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and requirements documentation.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and requirement management platforms.
