About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive inventory of hardware, software, and cloud resources, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
- Coordinate procurement, licensing, and vendor relationships to optimize cost and compliance.
- Implement and enforce asset lifecycle policies, including decommissioning, disposal, and data sanitization.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure all assets meet regulatory and internal security standards.
- Analyze asset utilization data to recommend capacity planning and cost‑saving initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT asset management or related field.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑prem infrastructure.
- Experience with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SCCM, Lansweeper).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, GDPR).
