About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze asset management requirements, translating them into actionable system enhancements.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, including inventory tracking, compliance monitoring, reporting, disposition, and end‑of‑life processing.
- Implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce audit findings, and improve data integrity across enterprise asset platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real‑time visibility into asset status, utilization, and compliance metrics.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate asset data, timely disposal, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT asset management within a large, global environment.
- Strong business analysis and process improvement skills, with a track record of delivering measurable efficiencies.
- Advanced data analytics capabilities, including proficiency with reporting tools and SQL.
- Familiarity with enterprise asset management systems and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
