Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong proficiency in Java and modern cloud services (AWS, serverless, containers).
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD tooling.
- Solid understanding of data analytics concepts and integration of analytics into applications.
