Provide end‑to‑end technical support for a fully remote team, maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and AWS‑based AI auditing tools while ensuring seamless system performance and user productivity.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 1/2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and AWS‑hosted applications, resolving incidents within defined SLAs.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud resources on AWS, including EC2, S3, and IAM roles supporting AI‑driven auditing tools.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to streamline user provisioning, license management, and routine system maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement security best practices, patch management, and backup/recovery procedures.
- Provide remote assistance to a distributed workforce, documenting solutions in the ticketing system and contributing to knowledge‑base articles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 environments.
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM) and basic cloud networking concepts.
- Strong scripting skills, preferably PowerShell, for automation and system administration.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills for remote user support.
- Experience with ITIL‑based ticketing systems and a commitment to continuous improvement.
