Lead the end‑to‑end implementation, go‑live and ongoing support of Odoo 19 Enterprise ERP, while managing IT infrastructure, custom development, and integration across multiple business units.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Odoo 19 Enterprise from UAT to successful go‑live, ensuring data migration, configuration, and user training.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules using Python and PostgreSQL to meet specific business processes.
- Manage the underlying IT infrastructure (Linux servers, networking, backups) to guarantee high availability and security.
- Integrate Odoo with existing systems (e.g., manufacturing execution, e‑commerce, finance) through APIs and middleware.
- Provide day‑to‑day support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve system performance and user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Odoo ERP (preferably version 14+), with strong Python development skills.
- Solid understanding of Linux server administration, PostgreSQL databases, and ERP integration patterns.
- Track record of managing full‑cycle ERP projects, including requirements gathering, testing, training, and post‑go‑live support.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work across multiple business units and geographic locations.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
