About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load data from clinical and operational systems to support reporting and analytics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Provide first‑line technical support for healthcare IT applications, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with vendors.
- Ensure data integrity and security in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify data needs and improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL querying and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or a strong willingness to learn.
- Understanding of healthcare information systems and regulatory compliance (HIPAA).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
