Software Engineer
IT Analyst responsible for managing the school ERP, CCTV surveillance, network infrastructure, and providing day‑to‑day technical support while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and resolve issues efficiently.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the school ERP system, handling user accounts, data integrity, and troubleshooting functional issues.
- Monitor, configure, and support the CCTV surveillance network to ensure continuous, reliable operation.
- Provide first‑line IT support to teachers, administrators, and staff, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi‑Fi access points, and internet connectivity.
- Utilize AI‑driven tools to automate routine tasks, generate reports, and improve overall IT service efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ERP platforms and user administration.
- Hands‑on knowledge of CCTV systems and video management software.
- Strong foundation in networking concepts and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to provide clear technical support to non‑technical users.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., chat assistants, automation scripts) is a plus.
