Systems Engineer
Provide L1/L2 IT support and manage end‑user computing environments, handling desktop troubleshooting, Active Directory administration, and Office 365 services in an enterprise setting.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver L1 and L2 desktop and end‑user computing (EUC) support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Administer Active Directory, including user provisioning, group policy management, and password resets.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server and Office 365 services, ensuring availability and performance.
- Utilize PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge‑base articles in line with ITIL best practices.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in desktop support and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills for interacting with end users.
- Ability to work onsite full‑time in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.
