Provides day‑to‑day IT and administrative assistance, handling hardware/software issues, managing office processes, and supporting staff with technical and clerical tasks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to internal IT support tickets, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain office equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate repairs or replacements.
- Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and general administrative duties.
- Provide onboarding support for new employees, including account setup and equipment provisioning.
- Track and report on service requests, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or administrative roles.
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite, and common ticketing systems.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
