About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation and documentation of business and data flow requirements for ISO20022 and SWIFT payment processes.
- Translate requirements into detailed, technically feasible test plans and automated test scripts.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using industry‑standard frameworks, ensuring coverage of functional, integration, and performance scenarios.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, operations, and software developers to validate solution feasibility and resolve defects.
- Analyze test results, produce clear defect reports, and drive continuous improvement of testing processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in payments testing, with deep knowledge of ISO20022 and SWIFT protocols.
- Proven expertise in test automation, including scripting, framework design, and CI/CD integration.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
