Lead the ISD Markets Reliability Engineering team, driving modern reliability practices across compute, storage, network, Linux, and cloud platforms to ensure high stability, performance, and regulatory compliance for critical market services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional reliability engineering team across compute, storage, network, Linux, and cloud platforms.
- Design, implement, and enforce reliability best practices, including SRE principles, incident response, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Architecture, and InfoSec to embed resilience and regulatory assurance into all services.
- Drive continuous improvement of monitoring, alerting, and automation to reduce MTTR and prevent outages.
- Own the reliability roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in large‑scale distributed systems with a focus on reliability engineering.
- Deep expertise in Linux, cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), networking, and storage technologies.
- Proven track record of implementing SRE practices, incident management, and automation at scale.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to financial markets is a plus.
