About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications solutions, including Call Manager, Unity Connection, and Voice Gateway configurations.
- Configure and troubleshoot SIP, RTP, and related protocols to ensure optimal voice quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to integrate voice services with existing infrastructure.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and resolve complex voice-related incidents, providing detailed documentation and post‑mortem reports.
- Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment and monitoring of voice services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Cisco Unified Communications environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connection, and Voice Gateway configuration.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
