About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for one or more front‑office investment platforms.
- Design scalable, cloud‑native solutions leveraging Java, microservices, Kubernetes, and API‑first principles.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance, and best practices across development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate investment‑domain requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor engineering teams, conduct design reviews, and ensure alignment with security, performance, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software architecture experience, preferably in asset management or financial services.
- Deep expertise in Java, microservices, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proven track record designing and delivering API‑centric, high‑performance systems.
- Strong understanding of front‑office investment workflows and related data models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
