About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, automation‑centric testing solutions for healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Drive AI‑supported verification methods, integrating machine‑learning models to improve test coverage and defect detection.
- Design, containerize, and maintain test infrastructure using Docker and CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, repeatable testing across environments.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and regulatory teams to align testing strategies with compliance requirements and release schedules.
- Mentor development teams on best practices for test automation, code quality, and continuous integration.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python and/or Java for building test frameworks and automation scripts.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and their validation processes.
- Hands‑on expertise with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Proven ability to apply machine‑learning techniques to testing or quality‑assurance problems.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, agile teams.
