Lead global account management for critical power solutions in data centers, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, technical expertise, and customer-focused solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies for key international clients in the data center sector, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical and commercial matters.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams to tailor power solutions that meet client specifications and performance requirements.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and profitability goals.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in international account management within the data center or critical power industry.
- Deep technical knowledge of power systems, UPS, PDU, and data center infrastructure.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English and at least one additional language.
- Track record of meeting sales targets and managing complex, multi‑year contracts.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment.
