Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute SaaS configuration and platform integration projects for internal teams.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for business systems configuration, connection, and migration requests.
- Act as a liaison between requesting departments, central IT, and SaaS/platform vendors to ensure correct tool setup and clean integration into the standardized stack.
- Manage multiple concurrent requests while maintaining accuracy and detail orientation.
- Facilitate smooth adoption by end users through clear communication and training support.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SaaS configuration and platform integration projects.
- Strong understanding of API integration and data flow between systems.
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
