About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and configuring Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama management platform.
- Support site‑to‑site VPN and SSL VPN setup, troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Help implement firewall rule sets, perform routine rule reviews, and maintain documentation.
- Participate in firewall upgrades, patch management, and cluster configuration.
- Monitor security events, respond to alerts, and assist in incident containment.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of network security concepts and firewall technologies.
- Familiarity with VPN protocols and SSL VPN configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
