About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, highly available services on AWS.
- Configure and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for production workloads.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
- Write and maintain automation scripts in Python and Bash to streamline operations.
- Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortem documentation.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science or related STEM program.
- Strong understanding of Linux system administration and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cloud services, especially AWS, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
