Systems Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining data center performance metrics, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of quality assurance procedures across data center and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline purchase-to-pay workflows, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Analyze data from SAP and other systems to generate reports on process efficiency and cost savings.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, applying ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of SAP and data center operations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, keen attention to detail, and a passion for process optimization.
