Software Engineer
Hands‑on internship focused on developing and testing software for a cutting‑edge Physical AI platform in robotics and automotive. Work with Python, C++, ROS, and embedded systems to build and validate AI‑driven control solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python and C++ modules for the Physical AI platform.
- Integrate ROS nodes and test them on robotic hardware and simulators.
- Implement machine‑learning inference pipelines and optimize for real‑time performance.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to debug embedded firmware and sensor interfaces.
- Document code, create unit tests, and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
- Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) and robotic middleware.
- Familiarity with machine‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and inference deployment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
