About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research to uncover pain points and opportunities across wireline and wireless plan‑design‑build workflows.
- Create detailed PMO‑to‑FMO process flows, translating business requirements into scalable, automated system designs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile practices to prioritize backlog items and deliver incremental improvements.
- Produce clear, concise technical documentation and process guides for stakeholders and implementation teams.
- Analyze data to measure process performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in telecom or related technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of wireline and wireless plan‑design‑build processes.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent technical writing and data‑analysis skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable, automated solutions.
