About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple health service sources to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Create dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key performance indicators for clinical and operational teams.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis within a healthcare or related environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel functions.
- Hands‑on experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
