Parra Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking an Intel Analyst (Group 1-3 Technical Analyst) to support the DEVCOM C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground. This position conducts technical analysis and supports the collection and dissemination of critical information to U.S. and coalition forces on target device TTPs, emerging technologies, and unmanned threat platforms such as UAS and UMS. The role provides timely intelligence insights that enhance operational awareness and mission effectiveness, and may involve temporary travel or deployment based on customer requirements to ensure intelligence support is delivered wherever it is needed.
This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct all-source analysis and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.
- Utilize various intelligence disciplines (e.g., TECHINT, SIGINT/CYBER, HUMINT, MASINT, etc.) from all levels of classified information.
- Travel CONUS and OCONUS (to include possible conflict areas) on short notice to disseminate relevant threat information as directed by customer requests.
- Provide high-level subject matter proficiency and advanced technical knowledge of highly specialized applications and technology support to DEVCOM C5ISR Center for Counter-Improvised Threat devices, equipment, software, and training, including all manners of improvised threats from Counter-UAS to Counter-UMS.
- Research unclassified and classified databases for use in written products, and monitor and analyze strategic and operational intelligence information.
- Provide research support to analysts producing Intelligence Community reports and briefings, as well as direct support to current operations.
- Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments to support the Commander and/or leaders in the U.S. civilian intelligence community.
- Present, discuss, and defend assessments to the intelligence community and technical community.
- Assist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures.
- Generate specialized analytical products, and search/screen all media sources to provide assessments of intelligence impacts.
- Operate effectively as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA requirements, including support to the CENTCOM AOR or other specific COCOMs.
Required Qualifications
- Current and Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Military Intelligence MOS background with completed formal military intelligence training/school.
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience.
- Education/Experience Equivalencies may be considered as follows:
- Associate's degree plus 9 years of experience
- No degree plus 11 years of recent specialized experience
