IS Specialists support with their onboarding processes, oversee the health of each partnership, reactively and proactively address instances of misalignment, and ensure a productive and supportive working relationship for the long haul.

Position - Integration Success Specialist
The Integration Specialist plays a key role in laying the foundation for a successful Client/Diver Partnership and ensuring both parties are working together harmoniously throughout their lifecycle as a pairing.
In guiding our Clients through a structured, custom onboarding process; checking in at designated points throughout the relationship; collecting information about the partnership's health to assess and mitigate risk; and addressing misalignment in a dynamic and responsive manner, the Integration Specialist supports the Head of Integration in acting as a facilitator, cultural translator, and trusted confidant for our Clients, to increase their satisfaction in their Diver and Oceans ' service and prevent Client churn.
This is a full-time, remote position open to applicants in the U.S.
Accountability
You will have four primary areas of focus, with the expectation that you will be measured on your ability to prevent churn of Client accounts as your primary OKR. You'll assist the VP of Integration Success with designing and executing Client and Diver onboarding flows; bridging complex cultural gaps through effective communication and translation; pushing back on outsized expectations where necessary in order to problem solve before issues arise; and troubleshooting instances of misalignment in a warm yet direct, dynamic and authentic manner.
