Implementation Engineer
Integration Engineer responsible for supporting GISA systems, handling issue response, system administration, CI/CD pipelines, and network integration in a secure, TS/SCI environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier‑2/3 support for GISA mission‑critical systems, responding to incidents and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and administer Linux/Unix servers, including patch management, user provisioning, and performance tuning.
- Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts (Python, Bash) to streamline system deployments and updates.
- Integrate and validate network components, ensuring secure communication between intelligence platforms and supporting data flow.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement security controls, conduct vulnerability assessments, and maintain compliance with TS/SCI requirements.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain) with polygraph.
- 3+ years of experience in system integration, Linux administration, and network troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and secure configuration management.
