Software Engineer
Lead the design and governance of Oracle Health integrations, ensuring secure, compliant data flow between Oracle Health applications and diverse healthcare systems using HL7, FHIR, and modern APIs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end integration solutions for Oracle Health, linking clinical, financial, and operational data with EHRs, ERP, identity, payer, and device systems.
- Define integration standards, data models, and mapping logic using HL7, FHIR, and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and third‑party vendors to align integration design with business goals.
- Oversee implementation, testing, and deployment of integration components, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and integration teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing integrations in healthcare environments, especially with Oracle Health or similar platforms.
- Deep knowledge of HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, and API best practices.
- Strong understanding of middleware, ESB, and data mapping tools.
- Experience with security standards (HIPAA, OAuth, SAML) and data governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
