About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated integration test suites for mission‑critical software components.
- Lead a cross‑functional team in implementing CI/CD pipelines that integrate testing into the continuous delivery workflow.
- Collaborate with system architects and developers to define test requirements, coverage metrics, and defect resolution processes.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions to improve product quality.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety regulations, including SCI clearance requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in integration and test engineering within high‑assurance environments.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, CodePipeline) and containerization tools.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical teams.
