About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement integration solutions across complex aerospace systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites in Python and Java to validate functional, performance, and security requirements.
- Lead continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, integrating automated tests into build processes and monitoring results.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (software, hardware, systems engineering) to troubleshoot integration issues and drive resolution.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering best practices in test design, code quality, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in integration and test engineering for complex, safety‑critical systems.
- Proficiency in Python and Java for test development and automation.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and test frameworks (JUnit, PyTest).
- Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
- Security clearance (SCI) or ability to obtain one; willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
