Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure integration solutions on Linux and Windows platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues in production environments, providing timely field support to customers.
- Develop and maintain API connectors, data mappings, and transformation scripts to enable seamless data flow between systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design scalable integration architectures and improve existing processes.
- Document troubleshooting steps, create knowledge base articles, and conduct training sessions for end users.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in integration engineering or field support roles.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, and VPN technologies.
- Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and experience with API design and RESTful services.
- Hands‑on experience with Linux and Windows server administration.
