QA Engineer
Design and implement API integrations and AI‑driven automation solutions, leveraging Python, Node.js and cloud services to streamline e‑commerce operations and enhance customer experiences.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test and maintain robust integrations between e‑commerce platforms, ERP, CRM and third‑party services using RESTful APIs.
- Design and deploy AI‑powered automation workflows (e.g., recommendation engines, chatbots, data enrichment) to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement cloud‑native solutions on AWS, including serverless functions, containerised services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, data and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise performance of integration and automation pipelines, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and Node.js for building integration services and AI models.
- Proven track record designing, deploying and maintaining REST API integrations.
- Hands‑on experience with machine‑learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) and applying models in production.
- Solid understanding of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudFormation) and container technologies (Docker, ECS/EKS).
- Ability to work autonomously in an agile environment, communicate technical concepts clearly, and deliver high‑quality code on schedule.
