Design and develop engaging, safety‑focused training programs for medium‑power transformer manufacturing, leveraging eLearning tools, adult learning principles, and LMS integration to drive measurable performance improvements.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze training needs and translate complex technical content into clear, learner‑centered instructional materials.
- Design, develop, and publish interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other authoring tools.
- Create supporting job aids, simulations, and assessments aligned with adult learning theory and safety standards.
- Integrate courses into the company’s Learning Management System, ensuring proper tracking and reporting of learner progress.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, engineers, and safety officers to maintain technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of instructional design experience.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and instructional methodologies.
- Experience managing content in a Learning Management System (LMS) and generating performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally in a technical manufacturing environment.
