Software Engineer
Design and develop AI‑focused learning experiences, creating curricula, storyboards, and interactive modules for a global real‑estate firm on modern LMS platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end AI learning curricula, including needs analysis, learning objectives, and assessment strategies.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools.
- Integrate AI concepts, data‑driven insights, and real‑world case studies into training content.
- Configure, upload, and manage courses within the organization’s Learning Management System, ensuring tracking and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, data scientists, and product teams to validate technical accuracy and relevance.
- Iterate on content based on learner feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in technology or AI‑related domains.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and ability to translate complex concepts into learner‑friendly formats.
- Experience managing courses in an LMS (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise instructional content.
