Lead institutional research initiatives, analyze enrollment and program data, and develop actionable insights using Python, SQL, and Tableau to support strategic decision‑making and continuous improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze institutional data to assess program performance and student outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to communicate findings to academic leaders.
- Apply statistical methods in Python or R to identify trends, forecast enrollment, and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to design research studies and support accreditation documentation.
- Present insights and recommendations in clear, data‑driven narratives for strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in institutional research or higher education analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, numpy), and data visualization tools (Tableau).
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with hypothesis testing and regression modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
