About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau to communicate findings to cross‑functional teams.
- Build predictive models using Python and machine learning libraries to forecast user engagement and clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to translate insights into feature enhancements and strategic initiatives.
- Document analytical processes, create reproducible code, and ensure data quality and compliance with privacy standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics roles within a tech or healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn) and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
- Strong visualization skills with Tableau or similar tools.
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
