About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI training modules that embed deep innovation strategy concepts into next‑generation models.
- Collaborate with AI labs to fine‑tune models, ensuring they accurately interpret and apply corporate innovation frameworks.
- Identify gaps in logic and real‑world applicability, providing actionable insights to improve model outputs.
- Engage stakeholders across client organizations to gather requirements, validate model performance, and iterate training content.
- Document best practices and lessons learned, contributing to a knowledge base for future AI innovation projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an innovation director, corporate innovator, or AI thought leader.
- Strong understanding of innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Open Innovation).
- Hands‑on experience with AI model training or fine‑tuning, preferably in large language models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable training.
- Based in the EU or UK, available for 8–20 hours per week.
